Last fall, Karl Steinberger accepted the nomination for President-Elect of the
Mississippi Bar Association. The Bar nominates two candidates from a
geographical area comprising approximately one-third of the State. Candidates
are not allowed to actively campaign for the position but rely upon others to
spread the word. Gulfport attorney Hugh Keating was elected after a close
vote.
“It was a great honor to be nominated to be President-Elect of the Bar.
I will of course continue to work with my fellow members of the Bar for the
benefit of the citizens of Mississippi who we as attorneys represent” said
Steinberger.
