Armer Serves on Advisory Panel

Tristan Russell Armer has been nominated by the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council to serve on its SEDAR (Southeastern Data Assessment and Review) NGO Advisory Panel. SEDAR Advisory Panel members provide information and guidance to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council on stock assessments and fishery data used by it to develop and implement federal fishery management plans. The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council is one of eight regional fishery management councils established by the federal Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation Management Act.  The Council manages fisheries within the Gulf of Mexico's exclusive economic zone.
